These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website mco.world and participation in the promotional offer (free MCO Community access through the XTB partnership programme), operated by MCO Global Ltd, Intl House, 12 Constance Street, E16 2DQ London, England.
MCO offers, as part of a partnership with XTB, time-limited free access to the MCO Community. Access is granted after a new XTB account has been opened via the referral link provided on this page and successfully verified. The free access period is as stated on the website (currently 1 month).
This offer is exclusively available for new XTB registrations from 18 April 2026 onwards. Existing XTB accounts opened prior to this date do not qualify. Participation requires the submission of the XTB partner code to info@mcoglobal.com.
Participation in this offer requires the opening of an XTB account, which is only available to natural persons aged 18 or older. By participating, the user confirms that they are of legal age.
As the MCO Community access granted is provided free of charge, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. The user may discontinue use of the MCO Community at any time without giving reasons.
The content provided within the MCO Community is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a trading recommendation. Free access is provided via a gifted membership on Patreon. After the free period expires, the membership will automatically convert to a regular paid subscription if the user has a payment method on file. The user may cancel the membership at any time before the gift period expires through their Patreon account settings to prevent automatic renewal. The Patreon Terms of Use apply.
MCO Global Ltd operates independently from XTB. MCO may receive compensation from XTB for referred customers as part of the partnership. This does not affect the quality or objectivity of the content provided. All account opening, verification, and trading activities with XTB are subject exclusively to XTB's own terms and conditions.
MCO Global Ltd accepts no liability for any losses arising from trading or investment decisions made on the basis of content provided within the MCO Community. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
MCO Global Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page. The current version applies.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the user is habitually resident remain unaffected.
